Who we are
3-Tech ("we", "us", "our") provides the ARIA service and acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service. You can contact us at privacy@3-tech.com.
Personal data we collect
- Account & contact data — name, email, language, country, job role, industry.
- Authentication data — login credentials and session tokens.
- Usage & telemetry — pages visited, features used, content generated, A/B test events.
- Device data — IP address, browser, device identifiers, approximate location.
- Support data — messages and attachments you send to support.
- Marketing data — email opens, clicks, and unsubscribe state.
Payment data is collected directly by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not store full card details.

- Provide the Service — performance of contract.
- Account creation & support — performance of contract.
- Security, fraud prevention, abuse handling — legitimate interests.
- Product analytics & improvement — legitimate interests.
- Marketing emails — consent (you may withdraw at any time).

Who we share data with
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record, for sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing.
- Hosting & infrastructure providers — to operate the Service.
- Analytics & support tooling — to understand product usage and respond to support requests.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and audit, where necessary.
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights.
International transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Retention
We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purposes set out above, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data; to object to processing; and to withdraw consent. EU/UK users may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. We respond to verified requests within one month. Email privacy@3-tech.com.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging — to protect personal data.
