3-Tech offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions to ARIA. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, please contact Paddle directly:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or contact our support team at support@3-tech.com and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
